Our Story
Founded in 2000, Joel Bare Woodworking is located in the heart of Lancaster County on the Bare family farm. We have been creatively designing and building custom wooden countertops and furniture for almost 20 years. We put our heart and soul into every custom wooden piece.
Quality Craftsmanship
We are proud to say that we are not a production shop and our pieces are not mass-produced. We work one-on-one with residential and commercial companies including high-end kitchen business', designers and contractors to build a unique custom wood butcher block countertop, island, bar top, or piece of furniture. Our exclusive pieces are built with the finest materials and individually hand crafted. We work with different grain patterns, colors and tones, and quality craftsmanship that you will truly admire. Since our pieces are custom, we build them according to your specifications which include the detail, size, color, shape, and finish.

One of our greatest loves is being in our woodworking shop and growing personal relationships with our clients.
